This file was removed because it is without a doubt a hoax, and its presence somehow snowballed into an investigation team of hundreds of people attempting to crack this password.

During the frenzy of the Gigaleaks, 4chan's /v/ board was the place to go to get the downlink link for the leak. While browsing that thread, I found this random file. Assuming it was related to the leaks, I downloaded it, mirrored it, and promptly forgot about it. This was, without question in my mind, just some 4chan user trying to troll people.
